About Lineberger Solutions
I started Lineberger Solutions in order to help other EMS services with temperature monitoring of medications. I could not find an out-of-the-box solution that gave me everything I was looking for, so I created one. In the process I realized that I can help them with all of their connectivity needs. I have been connecting ambulance data since the original bag phone and a fax interface. Technology changes very fast and chiefs need to concentrate on running their department, not chasing technology. Mobile data is also very different than static network environments which tends to cause problems with typical IT staff.
Temperature Monitoring
Are you compliant with regulations concerning temperature controlled pharmaceutical storage? How about maintaining log files to record temperatures? CAAS accreditation recently modified their standards to mandate an electronic temperature monitoring system.
Relax, with ENV-Watch you can monitor multiple sensors per ambulance and that data reports to the cloud. The system will alert you anytime a temperature falls outside of the acceptable range. We monitor temperatures in the patient compartment, the ALS compartment, the refrigerator or anywhere else you need.

1. VAN (Vehicle Area Network)
VAN stands for Vehicle Area Network. It is like a LAN (Local Area Network) in a home or office — but designed specifically for vehicles (mobile environments). It is more advanced than a simple MiFi device. A true VAN system can include:
